House Info
🛋️ Living Room Blinds: If you like a little privacy, I have three blinds on remote control for the large door leading to the deck. Positions 1 and 2 are total blackout blinds and Position 3 is just to block the sun. The remote control is also in the top drawer to the left of the stove. Just push the blind you want and then up or down on the control.
Main Deck off the Living Room: Please don’t bring wet cushions in the house! If it looks like rain, either leave them out there or stack them behind the sofa while they are still dry.
🍳 Kitchen: Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Starter coffee pods & filters provided. No dishwasher — please hand-wash before checkout.
🛏️ Bedroom: Cal King bed with linen sheets & extra blanket in closet. USB charging on each nightstand.
🚿 Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toiletries, extra towels under sink.
♻️ Trash/Recycling: Located outside of the master bedroom door (code 1207)
Beach Gear: As you leave the parking and head to my home, to the right you will see a storage area labeled 155. In there, you will find 2 beach cruisers, 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a wagon to wheel everything to the beach, a cooler and beach towels. The code to get in is also 1207. Feel free to leave all the dirty towels in the storage area and the cleaning crew will get them upon your departure.

- Place used towels in bathroom
- Wash dishes and return to cabinets
- Take out trash
- Turn off A/C and lights
- Lock front door & confirm it beeps
