🔥: Fire pits: turn nob to start gas then click and hold pilot light until lit

Quick Tips Before Arrival:
- The unit is steps from the sand — street can be busy on weekends 🅿️
- Request early check in the morning of your reservation and will try to accommodate it
- Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

Smart TV inputs: HDMI 1 for personal devices.
🍳 Kitchen: Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Starter coffee pods & filters provided. No dishwasher — please hand-wash before checkout.
🛏️ Bedroom: Cal King bed with linen sheets & extra blanket in closet. USB charging on each nightstand.
🚿 Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toiletries, extra towels under sink.
♻️ Trash/Recycling: Bins located outside up the ramp in the common area

🕙 Checkout Time: 11 AM
✅ Before You Leave:
- Place used towels in bathroom
- Wash dishes and return to cabinets
- Take out trash
- Turn off fans and lights
- Lock front door & confirm it beeps
