🔐 Entry: Smart Lock Code (sent morning of reservation in the platform booked)
🚗 Parking: Park straight in on the high side of the driveway
- Longer vehicles may extend into the street by up to 8 feet
- Please pull forward as much as possible.
- Look for the painted “GUEST” stall with two guiding stripes.

🛋️ Living Area: Pull-out sofa bed (linens in hall closet). Smart TV inputs: HDMI 1 for personal devices.
AC & Heat
- The home is equipped with both air conditioning and heating.
- To adjust the system:
- Tap the three horizontal lines on the thermostat.
- Scroll to SYSTEM using the arrows and press OK.
- Select HEAT or COOL, then set your preferred temperature.
🍳 Kitchen: Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Starter coffee pods & filters provided. No dishwasher — please hand-wash before checkout.
🛏️ Bedroom: King bed with linen sheets & extra blanket in closet. USB charging on each nightstand.
🚿 Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toiletries, extra towels under sink.
♻️ Trash/Recycling: Please place any full bags on the entry deck for pickup
