Wine Country Estate in Arroyo Grande is the largest, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across a private 13-acre property that sleeps 14. It includes a solar-heated pool and hot tub and is booked as a whole estate rather than by individual casita.

What is the smallest or most affordable option?

The Palm House and The Pine House both start around $140 per night. Both are pet-friendly Avila Beach studios sleeping two, a block or two from the sand, which makes them the best value for couples.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. Weekly and monthly stays receive automatic length-of-stay discounts that are applied when you select your dates. Longer bookings also tend to land on lower nightly rates because pricing responds to how far ahead the reservation is made.
