Group Stays & Private Compound Rentals

Frequently asked questions

What is the best rental for a large group on the Central Coast?

Wine Country Estate in Arroyo Grande sleeps 14 across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a private 13-acre property, with a solar-heated pool, hot tub, and separate casitas. It is the only single Solmaré property that accommodates a group that size.

Can I book several Avila Beach properties together?

Yes. Several Solmaré properties sit within the same Avila Beach compound, so larger groups can reserve multiple bungalows side by side and effectively take over a private cluster. Contact us with your dates and headcount and we will check which combination is available.

Do you host weddings or corporate retreats?

Wine Country Estate is well suited to small weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats given its acreage and separate casitas. Event use needs approval in advance, so tell us what you are planning when you enquire rather than after booking.

Can I rent just one casita at Wine Country Estate?

No. Wine Country Estate is booked as a whole estate only. The casitas are not rented individually, which keeps the property private for whichever group has it and avoids sharing grounds, pool, and hot tub between separate parties.
